Dedicated Customer Support Agent

We are excited to announce the deployment of a dedicated customer support agent, available 24/7 from anywhere on Teli's platform.

About Teli's Support Agent

The agent will be available 24/7 to answer any general questions about how to use the platform or any specific questions about implementing the Partner API. In the past, non-enterprise customers had to reach out via email for direct support. In order to provide a better experience, we are now launching a dedicated support agent for everyone to access at all times. The agent will redirect customers to video guides and more if appropriate. In addition, we will continue to add context to this agent's knowledge base so it can provide even better support over time.

Enterprise customers will still have access to a dedicated Slack channel for custom support, and we will always be available via email. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if the support agent fails to answer all of your questions!

What's New:

Teli was first launched as a desktop web app that's only accessible through your browser. For many teams, when admins push qualified leads to member accounts, they can only get notifications on their phone. For users on the go without their laptops, the mobile browser screen is usually too small to interact with.

Today, we are excited to launch our mobile app. Now downloadable directly from the IOS App Store, you can log into your Teli account and access any conversations pushed from your admin. When you accept notifications, you will receive real-time alerts when new qualified leads appear on your account. You can also view lead info, extracted data, voice logs, and more!

We encourage every team to take advantage of our mobile app. We have also kicked off development for the Android version as well. More to come soon!
