About Teli's Support Agent
The agent will be available 24/7 to answer any general questions about how to use the platform or any specific questions about implementing the Partner API. In the past, non-enterprise customers had to reach out via email for direct support. In order to provide a better experience, we are now launching a dedicated support agent for everyone to access at all times. The agent will redirect customers to video guides and more if appropriate. In addition, we will continue to add context to this agent's knowledge base so it can provide even better support over time.
Enterprise customers will still have access to a dedicated Slack channel for custom support, and we will always be available via email. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if the support agent fails to answer all of your questions!
